2. If the vehicles run beyond 8 hours or 80 km the rate will change to the next slab Extra per km/hours will be charged if it exceeds 8 hours or 8 km.
3. In case of non availability of car, we shall automatically upgrade the request to the next available category. Under no circumstances will a booking be declined on account of non availability of vehicles provided a minimum of three hour notice has been provided to us.
Terms & Conditions
In off season minimum 200 kilometers will be charged per day (total number of days multiply by 200 kms). Example : – 8 days tour x 200 kms = 1600 kms minimum will be charge for outstation trip if your vehicle not run 1600 kms.
if your vehicle run more than 1600 kms then you have to pay extra as actual km running.
IN PEAK SEASON MINIMUM 250 KMS RUNNING CHARGE WILL BE APPLICABLE.
Time and Kilometers will be calculated from Garage to Garage.
The rate is valid for outstation trip (trip outside delhi) only, the rate is not valid for delhi local running.
